BAIC Motors

Beijing Automotive Group (officially Beijing Automotive Industry Holding Co Ltd) is several Chinese automobile and machine manufacturers that are state-owned enterprises. The group includes the Beijing Automobile Works Co Ltd. The group is the fifth-largest domestic Chinese automaker. As of 2012, the company was ranked 4th in terms of production volume.

At the 2013 Shanghai Motor Show, the BAIC Company introduced the 500 Concept and the 900. The 500 Concept is believed to be a design study and it is not known if it will enter production in the future. The design seems inspired from the Toyota FJ Cruiser and the Land Rover Range Rover.
